 nter under the Direction of Manager, David Clinton-Reid and the Nation
 al Hispanic American Educational Fund. International Latino films and 
 documentaries, Special Events, with the participation from Latino film
 makers and entertainers will be a part of the first year’s 3-day eve
 nt, with a Special Guest presenting the Audience Favorite Award, decid
 ed upon the Festival’s attending audience on Sunday evening, the clo
